Refund and Returns Policy

General Policy

All products sold by ACE Solutions are considered final sale, except in cases where a product is confirmed to be faulty or defective.

Refunds or returns will only be accepted under the conditions outlined below.


Refunds – Faulty Products Only

Refunds are provided strictly for faulty or defective products.

A product may be considered faulty if:

  • It has a manufacturing defect
  • It does not function as intended upon delivery
  • It was damaged prior to delivery (not caused by misuse)

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Compatibility issues
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or negligence

Reporting a Faulty Product

If you believe you have received a faulty product, you must:

Inspection & Approval

  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible

The decision will be made at our discretion.


Returns

If a return is approved:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • The product must not show signs of misuse or physical damage

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the claim.


Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time is [7–14 business days], depending on the payment provider

Exchanges

If you prefer, a replacement or exchange may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
