Milesight EM300-SLD / EM300-ZLD is a smart LoRaWAN® leak detection sensor designed to detect water or other conductive liquid leaks and send instant alerts to a remote monitoring system. It helps prevent damage by quickly identifying leaks in critical areas such as basements, pipelines, HVAC systems, and industrial facilities.
The EM300-SLD uses a spot probe for detecting leaks at a specific point, while the EM300-ZLD uses a sensing cable for monitoring larger zones. Both models provide reliable detection based on liquid conductivity and are built for high-sensitivity leak monitoring.
In addition to leak detection, the device also includes temperature and humidity sensors, allowing environmental monitoring in a single compact unit. With LoRaWAN® connectivity, it supports long-range wireless communication and integrates easily with IoT platforms for real-time alerts and data visualization.
