Milesight EM300-ZLD is a smart LoRaWAN® zone leak detection sensor designed to monitor large areas for water or conductive liquid presence and send instant alerts when a leak is detected. It is ideal for protecting critical infrastructure such as basements, pipelines, HVAC systems, and industrial facilities from water damage.
The device uses a sensing cable to detect liquid over a wide area and triggers an alarm when water is detected. In addition to leak detection, it also includes built-in temperature and humidity sensors for environmental monitoring, providing more complete site visibility in a single device.
With LoRaWAN® connectivity, the EM300-ZLD enables long-range wireless communication and easy integration into IoT platforms for remote monitoring and alerts. It supports data storage and retransmission, ensuring reliable data delivery even during temporary network interruptions.
